Ordering and delivery

All orders are placed through email or Instagram messenger. Orders are confirmed once an invoice is sent, and a payment is made.  Please note that may not be able to guarantee any delivery timelines prior to processing your order and informing you on our current availability.  

Kindly note that most items purchased may not be currently available and therefore will be delivered within two and four weeks from the date of placing the order and payment. If an item is ready to ship you will be notified via email before any order is shipped. Shipment delivery takes place during business days.

Orders customized take two to four weeks to ship and variation could be quoted separately.

Nijoud Jewellery is not responsible for any local taxes, or duties imposed by the country of destination or customs clearance requirements.

All orders are shipped via DHL. We offer free local shipping in the UAE and free shipping to order above 4000 aed internationally. Orders shipped internationally less than 4000 aed are quoted based on the order.

 

Exchange

All purchases are final. If an item was found faulty upon delivery, we offer exchange within first week of delivery, Item must be returned in the original packaging received and original condition. Nijoud Jewellery is not responsible for shipping charges or duties incurred if a product is being sent back for exchange. Kindly note that we reserve the right to refuse an exchange of certain items if above requirements are not met.

 

Returns

All sales are final, and we do not offer any returns or refunds.
